School of Wife

School of Wife · Founding Cohort · Fall 2026

Apply to the Founding Cohort.

You do not have to wait for a crisis to invest in your marriage.
School of Wife is a one-year marriage education program for accomplished women who want to understand their marriages
more clearly, strengthen relational skills, and become more deliberate about how they participate in married life.

The application helps us understand what you’re looking for and whether School of Wife is the right fit.

Who Should Apply

Your marriage does not have to be broken to deserve development.

You may be a fit if your marriage is good and you want to strengthen it, if it functions but feels less connected or nourishing than you want, if you keep encountering the same patterns, or if you are entering a new season and want to approach it with more skill and intention.

You can participate on your own.

Your husband does not need to enroll for you to participate fully in School of Wife.

Who This Is Not For

A clear scope, stated plainly.

School of Wife is marriage education. It is not individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, sex therapy, betrayal-trauma treatment, or crisis intervention. It does not diagnose spouses, and it does not tell women to stay or leave.

It is not appropriate as the primary support for active abuse, coercive control, or situations in which safety or clinical treatment needs to come first. If you’re unsure, the admissions process is designed to help determine fit.

How Admissions Works

Fit before enrollment.

School of Wife uses a short admissions process because not every relationship need is an educational need. The purpose is simply to determine whether the program is the right fit for what you’re looking for.

Step 1

Application

Seven short questions. No demographics. About 10 minutes.

Step 2

Admissions Conversation

If School of Wife appears to be a potential fit, you’ll be invited to a 15-minute conversation to talk through fit, answer questions, and address anything you’d prefer to discuss privately.

Step 3

Decision

You’ll hear one of three outcomes, explained plainly and without pressure.

Accept

The program appears to be a good fit.

Hold / Clarify

Something needs further discussion before deciding.

Refer

Another form of support appears more appropriate right now.
